Talk by Srinivas Thummalapalli, is an avid learner and a reflective soul. He has earned his Master’s in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani. He has then graduated into the profession of management consulting over the last two decades. He had attended select executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Indian School of Business. He had incepted and scaled up process improvement consulting practice at KPMG; lead many a consulting practices in different organization cultures. He was instrumental in setting up marquee European ODCs in India in BOT mode, while working with a European Union initiative. He is currently navigating Sumantrana, a boutique advisory firm that consults with the firms at the intersection of human capital alignment, innovation and growth. He is SEI certified / authorized lead instructor and appraiser for CMMI and PCMM product suites
